Wit's Peak is Athletic's take on the Belgian white ale, a style that relies on wheat, citrus peel, and spice to build its character rather than hop bitterness. The additions here are orange and lemon zest, coriander, and pink peppercorn, which between them produce the herbal, citrus-forward profile that defines the genre. Hazy pale gold in the glass with fine carbonation and a white head that holds. The aroma leads with orange peel and lemon zest, the coriander adding a spiced earthiness, the pink peppercorn a gentle warmth. On the palate the wheat base gives a soft, slightly creamy texture. Citrus peel flavours lead, then spice builds mid-palate before settling into a clean, soft bitterness.
