Vibrante is Martini's flagship non-alcoholic aperitivo, made at the Pessione estate in Piedmont. The base is de-alcoholised wine infused with artemisia, Italian bergamot, and chamomile. It pours a clear, bright amber. The nose has citrus pith and bitter herbs upfront, with a juicy raspberry note behind. On the palate, bergamot and orange peel dominate the first half, then thyme and wormwood come through to give it that classic bittersweet aperitivo architecture. There's real complexity: floral lift from the chamomile, grip from the botanicals, sweetness kept in check. For an alcohol-free product, it holds together unusually well. The finish is clean and dry with lingering citrus and a thread of botanical bitterness. It has enough structure to work as a proper aperitivo base rather than just a soft drink with ambitions.
