Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime uses the same dealcoholised apple base as the rest of the range, blended with apple, elderberry, strawberry, and lime juices. ABV is below 0.05%, naturally gluten-free and vegan. It pours a clear bright pink with lively carbonation. Ripe strawberry leads the aroma, with fresh lime giving a citrus edge and a faint apple sweetness underneath. On the palate the strawberry is front and centre, sweet and rounded, with the lime providing tartness rather than a distinct citrus flavour. The two work well together: the lime stops the strawberry sweetness from feeling flat. The finish is clean and short, with a sharp lime curl at the end. Of the Kopparberg fruit cider range, this one has the clearest flavour contrast and sits closest to a classic summer soft drink.
