The Tropical variant adds passionfruit juice into Kopparberg's standard fermented apple base alongside natural flavourings and caramel colouring. The production method is the same as the rest of the range: fermented apple, dealcoholised, then blended with juice. ABV is below 0.05%. It pours amber-gold with a light caramel hue from the added colouring. Passionfruit leads on the nose, with a faint apple sweetness and some citrus behind it. The palate is softer and sweeter than the berry ciders in the range, with a mango-adjacent tropical character that gives it a distinctly sunnier profile. Carbonation is lively enough to cut through the sweetness. The finish is brief and sweet, with a soft tropical fade. If the raspberry or mixed fruit options feel too tart, this is the gentler choice.
