Paradiso leans hard into the citrus. From the pour you get the aroma of the five-hop blend: grapefruit, tropical fruit, a light limey sharpness. The pale amber, lightly hazy body follows through with that same citrus energy on the palate, backed by a clean hoppy bitterness that sits in the right place without dominating. The mouthfeel is light, which works for the style. It's a sessionable hop-forward IPA rather than anything heavy or resinous. The finish is balanced, not sharp, and the aftertaste is clean. Vegan-friendly and gluten-free. One of the more complete AF IPAs in the Big Drop range, and one of the more widely distributed.
