GABA Red sits in the middle of Sentia's range in terms of intensity. Not as challenging as Black, but it has real depth: spiced berries and dark fruit on the nose and palate, a slightly viscous body, and a dry, bittersweet finish that lingers with herbal warmth. The functional botanicals here lean towards relaxation, with ashwagandha and passionflower central to the blend. The cold-blend extraction means no alcohol is ever involved; what you're drinking is a concentrated botanical preparation. The red and dark fruit notes give it some natural affinity with vermouth-adjacent serves, and it works well lengthened with soda or in a spritz. The finish is its best quality, properly dry and slow to fade.
