Cayenne is the through-line across the whole Nix & Kix range and here it shows up on the finish with gentle heat rather than anything aggressive. Like the rest of the range it's made from fruit juices (apple, lime and blood orange) combined with carbonated water and botanical extracts. No added sugar or sweeteners.
