Ginger-Lemon is MOMO's most popular kombucha, and it's easy to see why. The cold-pressed ginger gives genuine warmth rather than a superficial heat, and the fresh lemon keeps the whole thing from tipping into sweet territory. There's a brightness here that many ginger kombuchas miss. It's light-bodied and fizzy, with a crisp, clean finish. The kombucha base does its job without dominating: you get the fermented tang as background rather than headline. Brewed in small glass jars at MOMO's London microbrewery, organic certified by the Soil Association, and left completely unfiltered.
