McGuigan Zero Rosé is dealcoholised using spinning cone technology, the same method used across the Zero range. It's made from Shiraz grapes, which gives it more colour and fruit depth than some dealcoholised rosés that rely on lighter varieties. It pours pale pink and has a floral, fruity nose: garden flowers, strawberry and pink grapefruit come through clearly. The palate has a vibrant, aromatic quality, with strawberry and citrus carrying through to a crisp finish. The sweetness is restrained enough to stop it tipping into cordial territory. Vegan-friendly and gluten-free, at under 0.05% ABV.
