Infinite Session Pale is brewed to strength rather than dealcoholised, which is the foundation the whole range is built on. The six-grain malt bill, including malted barley, wheat and oats, gives the body a smooth, slightly creamy texture. American hop varieties do the heavy lifting on flavour: Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic together push towards tropical fruit and citrus, with Simcoe adding a resinous, piney undercurrent. In the glass it's a hazy golden amber. The aroma leads with mango, apricot and citrus peel. On the palate there's a light biscuit malt note that keeps the sweetness in check, and a clean, dry finish with mild bitterness. It's not going to fool anyone who's expecting a full-strength pale, but it's a genuinely flavoured beer rather than a thin approximation. This is the flagship product for Infinite Session and among the more widely stocked alcohol-free pales in the UK. At roughly 36 calories per 330ml can, it's lean. Gluten-free and vegan.
