HOLOS makes raw, unpasteurised kombucha from an organic tea blend that combines green, Earl Grey, yerba mate, and rooibos. The base is fermented with a live SCOBY culture for seven to fourteen days before flavourings are added post-fermentation. All bottles are chilled rather than shelf-stable, which keeps the live cultures intact. The range includes Classic, Ginger and Hibiscus, Raspberry and Elderflower, Basil and Mint, and Citra Hops. Sugar content sits around 3.1g per 100ml across the range. Everything is certified organic by the Soil Association, and the drinks are vegan and gluten-free.
