About This Drink
The White Caribbean Blend is lighter than the others in the range, but it has an unusual quality that makes it the most interesting of the four. Colombian coffee underpins the sweet vanilla and muscovado base without pushing to the foreground — it's more of a bitter counterweight than a flavour in its own right. Ripe banana and caramel give it warmth, and the overall profile is smooth and rounded. It's sweeter than most white rums, which is worth knowing if you're planning something like a daiquiri build where the sweetness will already be present in the mix. Works at 3:1 with soda, coconut water or pineapple juice. The coffee note makes it sit interestingly alongside things that would otherwise be very sweet.
