It sits in the middle of the Eisberg sparkling range, with more fruit concentration than the Be Free canned rosé but a fuller, sweeter profile than the drier Selection Sparkling Rosé. It pours a deeper pink than the Selection, with persistent fine bubbles. The nose is generous: ripe red cherry and strawberry lead, with summer berry notes underneath. The carbonation gives structure that the still rosés lack, and the fruit sweetness provides good length on the palate. The finish has a pleasant red berry character. Straightforward but well-executed in the fruit-forward rosé style.
