Where the 0,0 White starts life as a fermented wine that gets dealcoholised, the Mistinguett 0,0 White takes a different route: concentrated grape must blended with carbonated water, then lightly carbonated to produce a fine, consistent bubble. That makes it technically a sparkling grape drink rather than a wine, and the flavour profile reflects that distinction. It is certified vegan and organic. In the glass it pours pale yellow with subtle greenish highlights. The nose is gentle: pear and apple, with a faint citrus edge. On the palate it is smooth and fresh, noticeably sweet, with light body and moderate acidity keeping it from feeling cloying. The finish is short and clean. It does what it sets out to do, which is provide an approachable, low-fuss non-alcoholic pour.
