Vallformosa has been making wine in the Penedès region of Spain since 1865. Over 150 years of experience shows in their approach: traditional methods, sustainable practices, and the confidence to innovate without losing their identity. Their alcohol-free cava brings this heritage to the 0.0% category.

The sparkling wine uses the classic Cava grape blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada, aged for twelve months before gentle dealcoholisation preserves the freshness and character. It pours pale straw with fine bubbles, showing apple, pear, and citrus on the nose with subtle floral notes.

Spanish cava at its best delivers bright acidity and clean fruit. Vallformosa's alcohol-free version maintains those qualities while removing the alcohol. It works well with seafood tapas, grilled chicken, fresh salads, or soft cheeses. The crisp finish suits Mediterranean cuisine particularly well.
