This sits in the HOLOS sparkling tea range rather than their kombucha line, which means no fermentation and no tartness. It is built on organic oolong and green tea, blended with cucumber and lemon juice, and enriched with agave inulin as a prebiotic fibre addition. The carbonation comes from sparkling water. No artificial sweeteners, no preservatives. The pour is pale and clear with fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma is cool: cucumber, fresh mint, a faint citrus brightness from the lemon. On the palate it is delicate. The oolong contributes a gentle earthy creaminess that the cucumber and mint lift with each sip. Natural sweetness is light and comes from the tea itself rather than added sugar. The finish is crisp and clean. It is considerably lighter in character than the fermented HOLOS bottles.
