About This Drink

Dry and herbaceous, this organic kombucha soda leads with the clean, cut-grass brightness of lemongrass before a root-spice warmth from ginger settles in. The lemon juice addition keeps things sharp without tipping into pucker, and the finish is crisp rather than sweet. Brewed at Counter Culture's fermentary in Bristol using a SCOBY culture of organic cane sugar and organic green tea, with organic ginger juice (1%) and organic lemongrass extract carrying the flavour through a month-long fermentation. The result is one of the drier offerings in the range, with 14 calories per 100ml and 3.7g of sugar.
