White Coconut shares its botanical base with the Mango & Passion Fruit: cinnamon, ginger, kola nut, black pepper, cacao and black cardamom. The difference is what sits on top. Fresh coconut and vanilla take up most of the room here, while the spice base plays quieter than in the other expressions, adding dryness to the finish rather than heat. The nose is clean coconut and pineapple, with vanilla softening the edges. There's none of the synthetic weight that coconut spirits can carry. The palate is rounded and smooth, and the finish stays dry enough to be worth mixing. At 62 calories per 100ml it has the fullest body of the Caleno range.
