That sequence gives the fruit somewhere to land rather than floating on sweetness alone. On the nose it's forward and tropical: mango and guava lead, with passion fruit's sherbety acidity close behind. Ginger and black pepper thread through enough to keep it from reading as purely fruit juice. The finish is lifted by lime, which extends it past the initial sweetness. The body is lighter than the flavour profile suggests, and there's no added sugar.
