Carl Jung Peach Sekt takes the brand's dealcoholised sparkling base and adds natural peach flavouring. It sits somewhere between a sparkling wine and a light fruit fizz — the wine structure is there, but the peach is the thing you notice most. The colour is pale gold. Peach is the dominant note on the nose, with a light floral quality and a fresh backdrop. The palate is easy and slightly sweet, with the peach carrying through on the carbonation. The finish is brief and clean. It is the most straightforward drink in the Carl Jung range. Uncomplicated and easy to drink, without much to analyse.
