About This Drink
The most stripped-back entry in the Bianca non-alcoholic range. Where other variants layer on multiple fruit and dessert additions, this one focuses on a single tropical ingredient: pineapple. The result is cleaner and more direct than its siblings. It pours a pale yellow-gold, hazy and lively. The aroma is focused: fresh pineapple, bright and tropical, with a clean lactic sourness underneath and a hint of the gose's characteristic salt. On the palate the pineapple is ripe and juicy, the tartness is well-judged and doesn't push into harsh territory, and the texture stays smooth and light throughout. The finish is crisp and fruity, fading cleanly. For those who find the marshmallow and pancake variants a step too far, this is the Bianca to start with.
