Blueberry and maple arrive on the palate alongside a pancake-batter creaminess that makes the whole thing feel like a brunch glass. The lactic tartness runs throughout but stays in balance with the fruit sweetness and the richness of the lassi base. The mouthfeel is thick and smooth for an alcohol-free drink.
