About This Drink
Part of Omnipollo's Bianca non-alcoholic gose range, this variant takes a lassi-style sour base and builds a very specific dessert profile on top. It's brewed in Sweden at 0.3% ABV, and the name is not misleading. The aroma opens with something closer to lemon tea than fruit juice, with clear black tea notes and a soft, tangy fruit character underneath. Blueberry and maple arrive on the palate alongside a pancake-batter creaminess that makes the whole thing feel like a brunch glass. The lactic tartness runs throughout but stays in balance with the fruit sweetness and the richness of the lassi base. The mouthfeel is thick and smooth for an alcohol-free drink. Polarising by design. Those who enjoy dessert-style sours will find it genuinely interesting; those looking for something more restrained should probably look elsewhere in the Bianca range.
