About This Drink
The Mango Lassi Gose takes the foundation of a German-style gose and loads it with fresh mango puree and vanilla cream. At 0.3% ABV, it's built around flavour. It pours a hazy golden yellow with a pillowy head. The aroma is unmistakably tropical: ripe mango dominates, with vanilla creaminess sitting just behind it and a faint salty tang from the gose base. On the palate the mango is bold and juicy, the tartness is bright without aggression, and the vanilla pulls everything into something smooth and pudding-adjacent. The mouthfeel is full for an alcohol-free beer, with a soft, creamy texture that holds up through the finish. Think of it as a drinkable tropical dessert. It works particularly well served cold, and there's enough going on that it doesn't need food alongside it.
