A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache, dealcoholised using spinning cone technology then carbonated for the sparkle. The colour is a pale salmon pink with fine persistent bubbles. The nose leads with ripe strawberry and plum alongside some floral notes. On the palate the fruit character comes through clearly: red berries and a touch of tropical softness, balanced by enough acidity to stop it being cloying. The finish lingers and stays balanced. The effervescence is lively enough to make it feel celebratory without being thin.
