100% Sauvignon Blanc from Darling, dealcoholised using spinning cone technology at low temperature to preserve varietal character. It pours pale straw with a greenish tinge, and the nose has the sort of tropical and citrus notes you'd expect from the grape: gooseberry, peach, a hint of lime. The palate is clean and crisp without much weight to it, which is probably accurate to where it ends up when you strip the alcohol. At 14 kcal per 100ml it's about as light as white wine alternatives get.
