The Vigneron Sauvignon Blanc is the oak-aged expression in Divin's prestige range: a Touraine Sauvignon part-matured in cask before dealcoholisation brings it to 0.5% ABV. The result is noticeably more structured than the Origine version. The nose is layered: white fruits, pear, and blackcurrant bud come first, followed by cherry blossom, wild nettle, vanilla, and fresh wood, with subtle coffee notes behind. On the palate there is real amplitude and texture, with fresh fruit and oak complexity working alongside each other rather than competing. There is genuine depth here, and it repays some time in the glass.
