Triple Palm
A triple dry-hopped IPA with a layered tropical fruit character: mango, guava, and lychee dominate, with restrained bitterness and a clean finish.
About This Drink
Triple Palm uses three hop additions at three separate stages of the brewing process, each contributing differently to the final profile. The approach builds layered tropical fruit aromatics rather than a single flat note, and the result leans firmly into that territory rather than the citrus-pine of a West Coast IPA. Slightly hazy pale gold in the glass with a soft white head. The aroma is the highlight: mango and guava lead, followed by lychee and a rose-like floral note, with hints of stone fruit underneath. On the palate the tropical character carries through, with a light malt sweetness and a measured bitterness that stays in the background. Honey and citrus notes emerge towards the middle. The finish is clean and short, fading with tropical sweetness rather than a resinous bite. Brewed with malted barley, wheat, hops, and yeast. Well suited to sushi, light Asian dishes, or anything with bright, fresh flavours.
