About This Drink
Tropical Sour is built on controlled acidity rather than hop bitterness, using real passion fruit and mango puree both for flavour and as part of the acidic character. The wheat and oat base adds body and keeps the sourness grounded. Hazy pale yellow in the glass with a light head. The aroma is immediately tropical: mango leads, with passion fruit adding a sharper, more tart edge. On the palate the sourness arrives first, then the fruit rounds it out. Mango and passion fruit together create a layered sweetness that keeps the tartness accessible rather than aggressive. Nothing here will make you wince. The finish is tart, clean, and short: the kind of finish that makes you want another sip.
