Square Root's Iced Tea Lemonade is a stripped-back take on the Arnold Palmer format. Made in their East London production space, it uses whole leaf Ceylon tea, fresh Sicilian lemon juice, carbonated water, and sugar. That's it. The balance is what makes it work. The Ceylon tea contributes a light tannin structure and subtle earthy warmth; the lemon is sharp enough to cut through the sweetness and keep things clean. Together they produce something that reads like a cold brew tea and a sparkling lemonade at the same time, without either flavour taking over. Best served very cold, straight from the fridge. Good alongside food where you want something clean but not cloying.
