Remedy Peach goes through the same 30-day SCOBY fermentation process as the rest of the range, converting all starting sugar into organic acids. The result is a live-cultured drink with no residual sweetness from sugar, though erythritol and stevia are used. The peach flavour reads closer to white peach than cooked or jammy fruit. Vanilla plays a supporting role, adding a soft, rounded quality to the background without dominating. The kombucha ferment is detectable but gentle, lending mild tartness and a faint yeasty note. Carbonation is moderate and the finish is clean with a faint trailing sweetness from the vanilla. Of the Remedy range, this one has the mildest fermentation character, which makes it the easiest to drink for anyone coming to kombucha for the first time.
