Remedy Raspberry Lemonade is brewed over 30 days using a SCOBY fermentation process that converts all starting sugar into organic acids. No sugar remains. Raspberry comes through clearly. Hibiscus tea adds a floral, slightly astringent quality that also accounts for the bright rose-pink colour. The lemon juice brings sharpness rather than sweetness, keeping the drink firmly in tart-fruit territory. The fermentation sits underneath all of this, present but not intrusive. It finishes dry and citrus-bright, with carbonation that dissipates gently. It's the most visually striking in the range. The tartness level puts it closer to a sharp soda than a kombucha for anyone worried about fermented-tea flavour.
