Margarita
Zero-alcohol, zero-sugar margarita in a can, made with copper pot distilled botanicals and Tahitian lime.
About This Drink
The botanicals here are copper pot distilled, which Naked Life use as a point of distinction across their RTD range. Alongside that you get Tahitian lime and a pinch of Murray River pink salt, sweetened only with erythritol. Five calories, no sugar, 0.0% ABV. Poured over ice it's clear with a very pale pink blush from safflower colouring. The aroma is lime-forward with a clean saline edge. On the palate the lime is tart and bright, the salt rounds out the acidity without taking over, and the botanical distillate adds something underneath without spelling itself out. There's no sweetness to speak of, which keeps it closer to a proper margarita than most non-alcoholic versions manage. The flavour profile is genuinely dry, which is harder to pull off in the RTD format than it sounds.
