Dealcoholised sparkling rosé from Torres, made from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Bright salmon-pink with strawberry and raspberry aromas, a lightly sweet palate and persistent fine bubbles.

About This Drink

Pours a clear salmon-pink with lively fine bubbles throughout. On the nose: strawberry and raspberry come through cleanly, with hints of cherry blossom. The palate is fresh and lightly sweet, dominated by red berry fruit; the carbonation provides a pleasant crispness that the still Natureo rosé lacks. The finish is clean with a gentle fruity sweetness. The Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon blend is the same combination used in the still Natureo rosé. Here the sparkling format and slight sweetness give the wine a more approachable, occasion-friendly profile. Alcohol is removed via Torres' vacuum distillation process, which runs at low temperature to protect the fruit character.
