About This Drink
The alcohol is removed using spinning cone columns, a low-temperature technique that separates alcohol from wine while keeping the volatile aromatic compounds intact. It's a gentler process than many dealcoholisation methods, and it shows: the nose here is expressive and immediately fruit-forward. Pours bright lemon with green reflections. Lychee and pineapple dominate the aroma, with tangerine underneath and some subtle floral notes. The palate is light-bodied and fresh, with tropical fruit carrying through cleanly to a short, citrusy finish. Not much structure or length, but it does exactly what a crisp white should.
