About This Drink
Vinada's sparkling rosé is made from Tempranillo grapes grown in La Mancha, fully fermented and then dealcoholised through vacuum extraction. The Tempranillo skin contact gives it a light tannin texture alongside the red fruit character, which sets it apart a little from the more neutral sparkling wines in the range. In the glass it is a clear, delicate pink with a steady stream of fine bubbles. Strawberry, redcurrant, and raspberry come through on the nose with a clean brightness. On the palate the wine is dry, with gentle acidity and that light tannin structure from the grape. The finish is clean, the fruit carrying through without sweetness. Alongside the still Tempting Tempranillo Rosé, this is the version for those who want the fruit character with effervescence. The dryness makes it a natural aperitif.
