About This Drink

Plus & Minus Zero Alcohol Shiraz is made from 100% South Australian Shiraz, dealcoholised and finished with grape seed extract for body and natural antioxidants. No artificial sweeteners are used. It pours a deep, clear ruby. Blackberry and plum lead on the nose, with undertones of cocoa and soft spice. The palate carries ripe dark fruit, mild tannin structure and a touch of chocolate through to a soft, rounded finish. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied and smooth. There's enough going on here to make it credible as a red wine stand-in rather than just a grape juice with pretensions. The tannins are mild rather than grippy, which makes it approachable but means it won't replicate the structure of a full-strength Shiraz.
