A follow-up collaboration between We Can Be Friends and Vault City, taking the Cloudy Krush template into raspberry territory with Scottish fruit and Nectaron hops.
About This Drink
Where the original Cloudy Krush went all-in on citrus, this version adds a substantial addition of Scottish raspberries to the lemon-conditioned mixed fermentation base, then dry hops with Krush Cryo and New Zealand Nectaron. The result is pink, hazy, and vividly tart. Raspberry dominates on both nose and palate, with lemon's acidity running underneath it and the Nectaron hops adding white peach and passionfruit in the background. Despite all the fruit, it stays firmly in sour-ale territory rather than tipping into something sweet. The finish is clean and dry. Light carbonation keeps it easy-drinking without feeling flat.
