Trail Pass Fest Brew
Non-alcoholic Festbier-style lager with a biscuity malt character, brewed with Chinook and Tradition hops at just 14 IBUs.
About This Drink
Trail Pass Fest Brew takes its cues from the smooth, malt-forward Festbier style rather than the darker Märzen it gradually replaced. Chinook and Tradition hops are present at just 14 IBUs, enough for a mild herbal background without pulling focus from the malt. Like the rest of the Trail Pass range, it's brewed to finish below 0.5% ABV without going through dealcoholisation. The pour is a clear golden with a white head. Biscuity malt is the dominant note, with a light grain sweetness and a gently herbal hop background. The palate is rounded and easy: moderate carbonation, a soft malt sweetness, nothing that overstays its welcome. It finishes clean and short. It's a well-balanced beer for when you want something autumnal in style without any of the ceremony.
