About This Drink
Bianca is the base expression of Omnipollo's non-alcoholic Bianca range, brewed at their church-brewery in Sundbyberg, Sweden. It pours a hazy, pale straw with a fine white head and keeps things deliberately understated. The aroma is soft and bready, with a light lemony tang and a faint wheat sweetness. On the palate there's mild cereal grain and a low-key lactic sourness that never pushes into uncomfortable territory. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy for the weight. The finish is clean and quickly fading. If you're new to the Bianca range, this is the obvious starting point. It's the least embellished of the variants and works well as a clean, easy-drinking non-alcoholic wheat beer without any additional fruit or dessert additions.
