Thrive Play

Belgian alcohol-free IPA with ten added vitamins including D3 and a full B-vitamin range, brewed without a dealcoholisation step.

About This Drink

Like the rest of the Thrive range, Play is brewed in Belgium with a yeast that simply doesn't produce ethanol, so there's no alcohol to remove afterwards. The functional addition here is vitamins: ten in total, including D3 and the B-vitamin spectrum, aimed at energy metabolism and immune function. As with all fortified drinks, you're getting meaningful supplemental amounts rather than a clinical dose. It pours pale gold. The nose is fresh and citrus-led with tropical notes. On the palate it's soft and approachable, mango and citrus with a light juicy quality, low malt sweetness, and bitterness that sits at the gentle end of the IPA scale. The finish is clean and brief. At 20 calories per 100ml it's on the lighter side for an AF IPA.
