Shorebreak is the one Firebrand come back to most often, their core alcohol-free pale built around a Simcoe, Citra and Cascade hop combination. It's sold unfined, which gives it the hazy pale gold appearance rather than any deliberate cloudiness gimmick. The nose is citrus-led: orange peel and grapefruit zest with ripe mango sitting underneath. On the palate the hop flavours come through cleanly, tropical fruit up front, Cascade adding softer citrus and a faint floral note towards the back. The body is light and smooth. Bitterness is low, malt presence minimal. It finishes dry and clean with a brief citrus fade. At 8 calories per 100ml it's lean for the category. Vegan and gluten-free.
