Clean G is a 0.0% ABV spirit that uses natural botanical flavourings including juniper, angelica root, coriander, lemon, orange, grapefruit, rosemary and lavender, carried in a base of water and vegetable glycerine. In the glass it is crystal clear. The nose is crisp and botanical: juniper comes first, with bright citrus peel and a gentle floral note from the lavender. On the palate it is light-bodied, with a clean entry that gives way to earthy juniper and grapefruit pith, finishing dry and herbaceous with a brief citrus linger. At 12 calories per 100ml with no sugar, it sits comfortably at the lighter end of the AF spirits category. Tonic water and a wedge of lemon is the obvious serve.
