This is the ready-to-drink version of Bottle Green's elderflower range - no mixing required, carbonation built in. It's lighter than the cordial, which is the point: the elderflower and apple notes sit alongside the bubbles without too much sweetness getting in the way. The finish is clean. It won't leave you with the syrupy aftertaste that some sparkling soft drinks do. As a non-alcoholic option it holds its own in a wine glass at the table, which is where these things tend to end up.
