About This Drink
Kopparberg's Raspberry variant uses the same fermented, dealcoholised apple base as the rest of the range, but blends in apple, blackcurrant, elderberry, and raspberry juices to build its character. The ABV sits below 0.05%, gluten-free and vegan. It pours a bright translucent ruby-pink with fine carbonation that holds well. Raspberry and blackcurrant come through clearly on the nose, with elderberry adding a faint deeper note underneath and light apple sitting behind everything. On the palate it is sweet and berry-forward, but the raspberry tartness gives the sweetness something to push against, which keeps it livelier than the pear or tropical options. The finish is clean and brief, with a flash of berry sweetness. It is the most tart-leaning of the Kopparberg alcohol-free range, which makes it the most interesting to drink.
