Blossom is a seasonal brew, made in collaboration with Leyton artist Carl Stimpson. The oat and Vienna malt base gives it texture and a touch of honeyed sweetness that holds the hop character together rather than letting it run wild. The hop bill is the point. Citra, Krush, and Mosaic together produce vivid peach, mango, passion fruit, and tropical citrus on the nose. In the glass it pours hazy golden-amber with a soft white head. The body is creamy and approachable, with the oats smoothing out any rough edges and leaving a fruit-led palate that's more summer afternoon than serious contemplation. The finish is clean and short, circling back to tropical fruit rather than bitterness.
