Edge Hill is a New England-style hazy IPA brewed with barley, wheat, and oats. BERO uses a maltose-negative yeast that ferments simple sugars but leaves the complex ones intact, which keeps alcohol low while still producing something that behaves like a real fermented beer. The result pours a hazy golden and carries the soft, rounded body you'd expect from the grain bill. The hop character is firmly in tropical territory: passion fruit, pineapple, and lime are all present, with coconut and pine further back.
