Made from dealcoholised wine processed through low-temperature vacuum extraction to retain some of the aromatic character. The colour is a clear rose pink with fine bubbles that hold reasonably well. On the nose there's expressive red fruit: mostly strawberry and light berry, with a floral edge. The palate follows through with ripe, soft fruit and fresh acidity. It sits alongside a handful of credible AF sparkling rosés. The fruit character is genuine rather than artificial-tasting, which is the most important thing in this category. Serve well-chilled. Like the rest of the Nozeco range it comes from Les Grands Chais de France.
