About This Drink

A South African Sauvignon Blanc that's been dealcoholised after fermentation to keep the varietal character intact. The production method involves advanced technology applied in Stellenbosch, and the result is something that smells and tastes recognisably like the grape: fresh citrus, green apple, a trace of tropical passion fruit. It pours pale straw with a greenish tint. The palate is zesty - lime, gooseberry, crisp apple - with lively acidity doing a decent job of standing in for the warmth alcohol usually provides. The finish is clean with a citrus brightness. Light in body and best served cold. A solid option if you want white wine character without something flat or sugary.
