Clean Co Botanical is a clear, water-white spirit that draws on the same classic gin botanical palette: juniper, angelica root, coriander, lemon, orange, grapefruit, rosemary and lavender. The nose is crisp and herbal, with juniper up front and citrus peel close behind. On the palate it is light-bodied with an earthy juniper core, grapefruit pith adding a little bite, and a dry herbaceous finish with lingering citrus. The body comes from vegetable glycerine rather than alcohol, which gives it a slightly rounded texture without sweetness. No added sugar or sweeteners, and very low in calories.
