This is a 50/50 mix: half Kaiserdom's naturally cloudy Kellerbier, half lemon soft drink. The lemon component uses real lemon juice and lemongrass extract, no artificial sweeteners. The wheat beer base brings its own character alongside the citrus. It pours hazy golden yellow. The aroma is led by lemon zest and lemongrass with a faint wheaty backdrop and a hint of banana from the yeast. On the palate, fresh citrus is the main event, sharp and clean, with a soft malt sweetness underneath keeping it from being purely a lemon drink. Lively carbonation, light body, crisp citrus finish. The balance sits closer to a proper radler than a lemonade with a splash of beer in it. No alcohol, vegan-friendly, and isotonic.
